Common questions

How do I join a club?

Ask a member of the club to send you an invite link. Open it on your phone and you will be taken to the club once you have signed in.

How do I sign in?

You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a one-time code sent to your email address. ClickyLit does not use passwords.

Can I stop the app keeping my activity history?

Yes. ClickyLit keeps a private history of the books you have viewed and the buy links you have tapped, so you can find them again. Only you can see it. You can clear it, or switch it off completely, in Profile and settings.

Deleting your account

In the app

1. Open Profile and settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@CLICKYLIT_DOMAIN from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email address, tell us so and we will help you confirm the account is yours.

What happens next

• Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out on every device.
• You have 30 days to change your mind. Sign in again during that time and you can restore your account just as it was.
• After 30 days your account and personal data are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
• Posts, comments and reviews you wrote stay in place so club conversations still make sense, but they are no longer linked to you and show as written by a deleted user.
